My name is Abhishek Mishra
A technically proficient and aesthetically skilled professional in Instructional Design, UX Design, and Learning & Development, with a proven track record in applying adult learning theories, instructional methodologies, and curriculum mapping strategies to align with human performance goals in higher education and organizational training. With over 17 years of experience in Web, Graphics Design, UX Design, E-Learning, Infographics, and Multimedia Production, I have designed, conducted, and implemented training and educational programs, while managing creative design functions to complete campaigns as per requirements. I hold a Post Graduate Program in User Experience Design from IIT-Bombay and am proficient in Print Media, Digital Media, and Video Editing tools for creating instructional products, sales collateral, marketing materials, and internal communication modules.
My Career so far
My experience in Learning & Development encompasses designing, developing, and implementing e-learning courses, creating instructional design documents, managing LMS administration, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. I have extensive experience with various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, along with expertise in graphic and UI/UX design. My portfolio showcases engaging e-learning courses tailored for diverse audiences.
As an instructional technologist, I have developed and implemented technology-based solutions to enhance learning experiences. My proficiency with AWS Polly-based audio generation tools, Canvas LMS, Blackboard, Cornerstone, and Docebo highlights my skills in LMS administration, asset management processes, and special project development.
In the realm of graphic and UI/UX design, I have created logos, brochures, flyers, and websites for various organizations. My experience includes designing Flash banners, e-mailers, and other marketing materials. I excel in developing user-centered designs, conducting user research and testing, and creating wireframes and prototypes.
